Last fall I did a massive closet refresh and decided to start from scratch with coats. The few things I owned were old, pilling, and quite simply had seen better days. I decided to slowly rebuild a meaningful capsule coat collection by adding one or two each year. Something versatile, timeless, and high-quality. So, here we are! The first chosen one of the year.
I found this Bernardo sweater coat a couple of weeks back and it’s become one of my absolute favorites. It gets so many compliments! A little white threading peppered into the pebbled wool blend is so charming and gives the coat a unique touch. I also am such a fan of drop shoulder detailing. It’s a classic with a few beautifully done modern twists! I love Bernardo, they create some really beautiful staples– also really love this, this and this.
It’s currently on sale, too so I had to share!
