I’ve been dreaming about all of the inspiration I’ve been surrounding myself with lately. Awkening new ideas and excitment. Far-flung destinations, golden light, warm color stories, dreamy summer scenes, elegant interiors, endless flowers…

It got me thinking about what I gravitate to while inspiration hunting/scrolling. What does social media do for me personally? I’m all about the escapism. I long to be inspired by something beautifully captured, romantic, and enchanting. Something that catches me dead in my tracks to really look and notice every detail. It’s the core reason why this blog exists. I’ve always craved to feel moved by something–it ignites my soul and gives me this crazy rush of energy.

It’s my hope that my work can evoke that same feeling. A moment to escape and feel inspired in some way. I know (and understand why) iPhone photos/in the moment shots are on high-demand these days and why relatable is a big keyword on social media. I do love it when it feels effortless and IRL, but to me, I’m most inspired by things that light up my eyes and push my creativity. Pictures that tell a story. There’s definitely a happy balance of relatable but ultra dreamy, don’t you think?

A picture says a thousand words (or should!)… here are a bunch that I’ve recently saved from some of my favorite accounts…
