Oh, the season of new beginnings and fueling up on inspiration. It’s actually one of my favorite months mindset wise, because it really does push me to set goals and get organized. It’s the perfect time to reflect and think about what you want to do differently this year to become more successful, fulfilled, happy, and healthy. Resort begins to pop up on new arrivals (always LOVE seeing fun pieces that inspire me for spring), more reading takes place, and after taking down Christmas, I can’t help but change a few things around to start fresh in my apartment.
I am trying to eat a little cleaner this year during the work week – but pizza is fair game on the weekends. 🙂 I also have to admit that I was terrible the past few months when it came to exercising. As soon as it got cold in SF, I pretty much called it quits and decided I had to put my foot down because I’ve been more tired and less motivated than usual. Back to the treadmill, we go! I bought a month membership to Pilates Proworks to get back into the swing of things, one of my favorite work out classes! What are your favorite work outs?
I am excited for this weekend ahead with no plans on the agenda. I need to just chill, get outside, exercise, stock up our fridge, and relax since we went straight from the airport Sunday to bed to work on Monday. I need sleep! I hope you’re enjoying your new year, and have a lovely weekend! x
