Spring in New York with Kate Spade

17 March

To me, spring time is forgetting what time it is. With spring officially here, I’ve been eating up the weekend moments where you completely lose track of time. The moments where you can sit on a picnic blanket and indulge in the sun, in-season berries and an assortment of cheeses. Nothing beats the feeling of nothing to do but enjoy your surroundings.

I teamed up with kate spade new york to show you springtime through my lens. It’s my absolute favorite time of year, so this post is quite fitting! My first trip to New York years ago was right around this time of year and I fell in love with the energy. Strolling Central Park was a dream – packed to the brim with sun-bathers, music players, and picnic-ers made me understand why it’s such a loved place. It was instantly a favorite memory I have. // In this look I paired the kate spade new york Everyday Tee in white with dark denim, and Stripe Mock Neck Sweater (a new favorite in my closet).

Another thing I love about spring weekends is enjoying the bright and sunny vibes that cascade through the windows each morning. I love slowly waking up, throwing on something easy, and enjoying a cup of coffee as I start my day. I’m a fan of the classics and love this Everyday Tee (worn again here in white), paired with white denim, simple jewelry, and a fun pair of shoes. When I left for a few errands, I brought along my kate spade Classic Twill Trench – the most beautiful trench I’ve ever owned.

There’s something about this time of year that excites me to reach for something a little more fun. I mean, why not?! This sequin skirt paired with the Everyday Tee in black and these sandals made Sunday a little more special while I made a quick run to the farmers market to pick up a baguette and fresh blooms for the week. What are your plans for the weekend? I hope you’re enjoying the start to spring, friends!

Thank you, kate spade new york, for working with me to bring this post to life. x
