    Oh, Christmas Tree

Meet my favorite new holiday pieces! Our new tradition is untraditional decor. I’m all about the whites + metallics + rustic touches. It suits our home style and lights up our space in a magical way. It’s going to be a sad day when we have to take these things down. If you haven’t noticed, I’ve been having a heyday piecing everything together, and I am loving the outcome.

I have a knack for sifting through pages online to hunt down the best of the best. I’m a sucker for affordably priced items that look much more expensive. It’s the way to go when you’re buying holiday decor. You can see the exquisite lineup below. I am especially fond of the marble tree, which I am sure isn’t a surprise to you. It’s just darling, don’t you think? I also ordered this thread and these bells (Sugar Paper x Target collab) for a little DIY project. Garland + lights + twine + jungle bells make for chic and easy holiday accents that add SO much to a space. I thought it would be cute to hang them over a few of our doorways and I’m really happy with how it turned out!

Our first trip to the tree lot together was a memorable one. We spent the afternoon setting it up, playing some good ol’ Frank Sinatra Christmas tunes, sipping on our new addition of cinnamon apple cider, and hanging our first few ornaments. It’s so much fun creating new traditions that we plan to carry out throughout the years. With the first glance of a tree decked in lights- always brings so much happiness and really kicks off the season perfectly. We’re hosting a holiday party this weekend that I will be sharing with you on my blog as well! There are more decor and delicious tricks up my sleeve, so stay tuned!
